Minecraft PE 1.16.1 – What’s New?
After Minecraft 1.16.0 Nether Update, the developers from Mojang Studios decided to release another release, in which they worked on the Infernal update. The game has new mobs, biomes, and even blocks.
Creatures
After Minecraft 1.16.1, the player’s number of enemies increased by three units at once. These creatures were the so-called piglins, hoglins, and zoglins. In addition, another mob appeared in the Hellish world, but it was neutral in relation to the player – the strider.
The most interesting thing is that the user can tame it and then control it. Also, in Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.16.1, there is now a more cruel type of piglins – brutal piglins that are not distracted by gold.
Blocks
In Minecraft 1.16.1 Nether Update, the nether world became diverse. The game has been replenished with a large number of new blocks. Among them, there are both decorative and blocks designed for specific purposes.
Of the latter, it is worth noting the revival anchor and the target block. With the help of the first, the player can be revived right in Hell. And the target block, in turn, gives a signal of a red stone when an arrow hits it.
Locations
New locations have appeared with creatures in Minecraft 1.16.1. There are 4 of them:

In addition to biomes, two new generations appeared in Minecraft PE 1.16.1: the remains of the bastion and the destroyed portal.
Netherit
The most durable material in Minecraft 1.16.1. To obtain netherite, you need to smelt the ore of ancient remains and obtain netherite scrap. And by combining this scrap with gold, the player can get a netherite ingot.
To upgrade their diamond items, the user needs to connect this item with an ingot of netherite. Netherite items do not burn in lava.
