What’s new in MCPE 1.16.20 Nether Update?
Developers from Mojang Studios never cease to delight their players with weekly updates. In Minecraft PE 1.16.20, they did a lot of work on bugs and also introduced some innovations.
Piglin Brute
This is a new mob that appeared in Minecraft 1.16.20. The Piglin Brute is a more brutal type of common Piglin. Their main task is to guard the chests with valuable resources in the remains of the bastion. Usually, brutal piglins do not attack hoglins. They can only join regular piglins if they start attacking.
In addition, the brutal piglins in Minecraft PE 1.16.20 Nether Update have much more lives and attack harder. And they get many such lives thanks to the golden armband on their arm. An interesting fact is that the brutal piglins have the highest number of lives (25 hearts) among all the creatures of the Lower World.
Bug fixes
In addition to the new mob, Minecraft 1.16.20 has several changes regarding other creatures. For example, now, the maximum spawn radius of mobs is 44 blocks. And also, zombies can now appear underground. In addition, players could face a situation where the hoglin could attack in peaceful mode. Now this problem no longer exists.
Blocks
The work on the bugs also touched the blocks in Minecraft PE 1.16.20. The developers have fixed a bug with the incorrect emission of light from the bonfire of souls. It is worth noting: from now on, the user can connect the wall with a glass panel or with an open hatch.
And, finally, we fixed the error due to which the stems of the pumpkin and watermelon did not fall out if the block under them was broken.
